You will need
|

|
| |
Step 1.Stamp the design onto the
piece of white card 3 times. Ink up the stamp between each go.
|
 |
| |
Step 2.Put the card onto the
middle of the A4 paper and cover the inked images liberally with embossing
powder.
|
 |
| |
Step 3.Tip
the excess powder onto the A4 sheet and tap the card lightly to
remove any loose powder onto the A4 sheet. |
 |
| |
Step 4. Use the A4 sheet like a
funnel to tip the excess powder back into the bag. |
|
| |
Step 5. Heat the embossing
powder with the heat tool till it melts and then puffs up. |
 |
| |
Step 6
Scribble a green
felt tip pen onto the plastic palette and dip your brush into the water. |
 |
| |
Step 7
Mix the water in
the brush with the felt tip ink on the palette and paint the thinned ink
onto the card inside the embossed line of the tree. |
 |
| |
Step 8
Repeat this
process with different colours of felt tip of your choice for the rest of
the design. |
 |
| |
Step 9
If the image is
too pale paint more watered down ink onto the area. Remember you can add
more colour but you can’t take it away! |
|
| |
Step 10
Repeat for the
rest of the images. When you are happy with the results let them dry and cut
round the square outline of the 3 images. |
 |
| |
Step 11
Use the
decoupage pads to stick the squares onto the card blank. |
 |
| |
Step 12
Finally finish
off with a merry Christmas peel off. |

Remember this project
isn’t just for Christmas. You can use different stamps and powders to create
lovely effects. |
